Excellent and unbeatable setting in the heart of the city. A bidet, a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet available. Easy check in. Kind staff, and lovely as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this residence. The apartment was spacious and had modern furniture. It was impeccably clean and had all the necessary kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. The location was great, right next to the two towers in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to many places of interest, shopping, and dining. Additionally, the hotel facilities included a free laundry room, which was very convenient for us.

In our opinion, it’s a nice place for travelling to Bologna. Very very helpful staff knows how to make your stay incredible. Has clean room exactly like in the picture. It has a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. We recommend this apartment to others; everything was very easy...

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, with all the main attractions just round the corner. The apartment was super clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff, Letizia in particular, was incredibly helpful and kind. The beds were so comfy and the apartment was recently refurbished. Having an elevator was a real asset.

Loved the modern and cozy apartments, with their intense colors and elegant decor. The separate lounge and dining area with a kitchenette were a nice touch. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus.

Superb location just a stone's throw away from the main attractions and delicious restaurants. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather, providing a cool and refreshing retreat after a long day of exploring.

The lack of natural light in the apartment made it feel a bit gloomy, and some of the furniture seemed outdated. It would have been nicer if there were more decorative touches to create a cozy and homely atmosphere.

We stayed at Residence Petronio for 4 nights in December and had a wonderful experience. The 2 bedroom apartment, 'Asinelli', was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore all the major sites. The free wifi was fast and reliable. we highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay here again.
